Uncharacteristically, I purchased a piece of clearance software at abour $20. It didn't work the way it ought to have worked, so I contacted Avanquest. After a few emails back and forth, I had an updated software version and a new, FREE piece of software that provided additional enhancements to the updated software.
It's nice to deal with companies that don't forget about the customer after the sale.

I have a lot of software that is of no use to me because the companies have been put out of business or just went out on their own.
I have a disk called DVDXcopy that was supposed to allow me to copy other disk such as play station etc.
My computer went down and I needed to reload the copy and found that it know longer worked and the company went out of business.
